Some accomplishments:

 

             * 28 years experience in Marine Surveying worldwide.

             * Approximately 3,000 vessel surveys personally listed.

             * Sailed own 38’ sailboat from the Bahamas to Phuket, Thailand.

             * Built 32’ Sailboat in South Africa. Sailed across the Atlantic, the Eastern

                Seaboard, the Gulf of Mexico, Central America and California.  

 * Sailed the first Cape Town to Rio de Janeiro yacht race.

 * Much sailboat racing around the world.

             * Captained 17 Atlantic Ocean  and numerous other yacht deliveries.

             * Approximately 150,000 nautical miles logged.

             * Manager, construction of three 38’ Kevlar epoxy racing sailboats.

          * President, Sea Services International, employing up to 17

             technicians/marine surveyors.

 

             On an annual basis, the IBEX Trade show in the USA has been attended

             along with a number of survey oriented seminars such as Asia Marine

             Insurance & Surveying Forum. Boat building workshops are attended on

             a regular basis in order to keep up with trends and continue education.

            

Captain Carolyn Watt BA.

 

             Through popular demand, Carolyn, who is a 20 year veteran of survey

             report writing, has been performing physical surveys for over a year now.

             She has attended hundreds of physical surveys and is now comfortable solo.

             She is an associate member of I.I.M.S. until qualified by them.

             She was purchasing manager for yacht  construction factory in the US amongst

             some of   her marine careers. She has had a 100 ton Merchant Marine Masters

             license for years, has acted as a delivery captain for a number of charter

             companies in addition to having sailed half way around the world.

             Carolyn has a BA in psychology.
